Ukwazi School of Nursing has opened their applications for the 2025 intake. Here is everything you need to know about their application process.

Ukwazi School of Nursing is registered by the Department of Higher Education and Training as a private higher education institution. They offer courses that are registered by the South African Qualifications Authority and accredited by both the Council of Higher Education and the South African Nursing Council.

Ukwazi Nursing College

Applications for 2025 opened on 1 March and will close on 30 June. Applicants who meet the admission criteria will then be entered into a selection process. 

Ukwazi School of Nursing Online Application

Applicants are encouraged to ensure that they meet the admission criteria before submitting an application. 

Applications are now open for the following programmes:

  • Higher Certificate in Nursing (R169) - auxiliary nursing programme (1 year course)
  • Diploma in Nursing (R171) - general nursing programme (3 year course)

Applicants are urged to submit their applications as soon as possible as these qualifications are fully enrolled every year.

Ukwazi School of Nursing has a main campus in Roodepoort, Gauteng and a sub-campus in Potchefstroom, North West. 

Make sure that all the information on your application form is correct, especially your contact details, so that the institution can reach you regarding your acceptance. 

Ukwazi School of nursing believes that nursing education should provide students with an opportunity to progress in order to enhance the profession of nursing and to serve as a foundation for life-long learning, while upholding ethical and moral principles.
