EasyPay Everywhere customers, do you have a child/family member or dependent studying in a Tech related field? This is for YOU!

The EasyPay Everywhere Tech Skills Bursary is available to tertiary students in Tech related fields: Information Systems, Technology, Maths or Data Science.

Candidate Requirements
  • Completed your first year of tertiary study with results over 65% and are studying in any of the following Tech related fields
    • Computer Science
    • Information Technology
    • Information Systems
    • Data Science
    • Mechatronics
    • Software Development
    • Computer Engineering
    • Cloud Engineering
    • Business Analysis
    • Mathematics
    • Statistics
    • Actuarial Science
  • Students must be a relative/dependent of an active EasyPay Everywhere customer.

Bursary Inclusion

A bursary of up to R 100 000 is awarded for registration and tuition (per year) for studies in a Tech/STEM related field.

How to Apply

Students who meet the criteria must submit the online application form and the following supporting documents and information:

  • ID document (certified copy);
  • Full tertiary academic record (on tertiary institution letterhead)(certified copy);
  • Latest academic transcripts/exam results (certified copy);
  • Proof of enrolment at tertiary institution for the applicable Tech related field of study;
  • Proof of household income (payslips/affidavit if unemployed/pension statement if receiving state pension);
  • Proof of relationship with or proof of dependence on EasyPay Everywhere account holder (e.g. Affidavit);
  • EasyPay Everywhere account holder ID number (copy); and
  • EasyPay Everywhere account holder account number.
