CHINA: Scholarship Programmes in participating universities in China
Bursary Details
Scholarships are available for South African students to study at two Chinese universities in 2022: Ningxia University and Beijing Polytechnic (online programme). The scholarships are administered by Hongzhou Learning in China.
The Ningxia university scholarships are targeting and accepting applications STRICTLY from students already in China.
Degree Level
The scholarships are offered for undergraduate (Bachelor’s) studies, postgraduate (Master’s or PhD), or online non-degree Chinese language studies.

Students who are currently in China and hold a valid student visa; Achieved above 75% average mark; Hold HSK4 certificate for bachelor, HSK5 for master and HSK6 for PhD; Applicants must be in good health; Bachelor applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 25. Masters applicants must be under 35 years of age. PhD applicants must be under 40 years of age. |

Candidate Requirements

Hongzhou Learning will charge an application and administration fee of to 0 (approximately R750 - R1500). As part of the scholarship application service, you will be helped with preparing your application to increase your chances of receiving the scholarship.
