Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) is the last University in Western Cape to start online learning. This comes as all Universities have had an official move to a remote learning approach as of 1 June.

Tshwane University of Technology's Vice-Chancellor, Lourens van Staden, spoke on Cape Talk about what TUT plans to do with the 2020 academic year. A statement released by this statement addressed many things such as exams, changes to the academic calendar as well as what teaching is going to look like under lockdown. 


Due to the lockdown, CPUT has had to postpone their open day. Further details to follow.
