Impact Human Resources's client in the Telecommunications industry is looking for Call Centre agents with Matric / Grade 12 and no work experience, to join to join its ranks for a 1 year learnership.

Requirements:

• Applicants must be well spoken and computer literate.
• Customer service experience will be an advantage.

Duties:

• Ensure that service levels are met by providing exceptional service to the clients
• Ability to work towards a target
• Good time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to communicate with people.
