Client Services Internship at Ince

Ince, a dynamic communications agency in Cape Town, is looking to employ an Intern to learn while assisting account managers in the client services department in daily admin related duties, such as monitoring and assisting in controlling job flows, conducting competitor research analysis, assisting with client related account management.

As the intern you will be exposed to the fast-paced world of investor relations and gain experience in the agency process and way of doing things (taking briefs, creative reviews, studio traffic, client liaison, etc). You will also receive the opportunity to learn from experienced account managers and work with a wider team of young, enthusiastic creative professionals.

The internship would preferably start ASAP and last for two to three months.

Requirements:

• Matric with a tertiary qualification in marketing or similar.
• Good MS office skills and general social media/online knowledge.
• Demonstrate the ability for client service skills, admin, research and planning skills.

Advantageous:

Previous exposure to online and print production/publishing experience would be an advantage, however not necessary.
