Mr Price Group is currently accepting applications for its 2024 Workplace Experience Programme (WEP). WEP is Mr Price Group's annual internship programme designed for final-year undergraduate and postgraduate students across South Africa. 

The Buying Stream specifically caters to students interested in the exciting world of retail buying while the Planning Stream caters towards those interest in retail planning. Selected for a duration of 3 weeks, from Monday 1 July to Friday 19 July 2024, this programme will be hosted at the Mr Price Group HQ in Durban.

Who Can Apply?

WEP Buying is open to students who are: in their final year (3rd year) of undergraduate studies (Degree/Diploma) or postgraduate studies (Honours) and are currently enrolled in any of the following areas of study 

  • Fashion Design
  • Clothing Management
  • Consumer Science
  • Fashion Production
  • Fashion Buying (perfect match!)
  • Fashion Management & Communications
  • Interior Design
  • Textile Design
