Coca Cola Peninsula Beverages is an independent bottling company that manufactures and distributes products of The Coca-Cola Company within the Western and Northern Cape.

The job entails providing PC and User support.

This includes User account and mail administration, the co-ordination of the repairs and servicing of computer equipment. With our core objective being fast and efficient PC and User support. 

Requirements

  • Grade 12 Certificate with relevant industry qualifications
  • Minimum of A+ and N+ certification
  • Strong technical skills in – Windows Desktop, Windows Server, Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS Office, Network, Security and Printers
  • Excellent Written & Oral communication skills in English
  • Excellent telephone manner and experience with inbound and outbound call handling
  • Multi-tasker, Can-Do Attitude, Flexible, Attention to detail, Problem Solver, Customer Focused, Team Player with an ability to work autonomously
  • Experience in working within a Managed Services and 3rd party Cloud Solution environment highly regarded
  • Valid driver’s licence
