SKA Africa Bursaries now available

The South African office of the Square Kilometer Array (SKA SA) is now accepting applications for their 2013 Bursary Programme.
If you are planning on studying next year in the fields of Physics, Maths or Engineering and meet the criteria, you have until 30 September to apply for a bursary from SKA SA.
The three bursaries offered are for National Diploma students, undergraduate, honours or BTECH students majoring in Physics and Mathematics or Electronic / Mechanical Engineering, and students enrolling for an honours degree through the National Astrophysics and Space Science Programme (NASSP) (the application deadline for this programme is 30 September. The National Diploma Scholarship Programme is open to final year high school students living in the Northern Cape province of South Africa with good Mathematics, Science and English results and who are interested in pursuing a career as an electronic or mechanical technician.
The Undergraduate and Honours Scholarship Programme is open to any South African student studying at a South African university or university of technology, who is pursuing an undergraduate, honours or BTECH degree, majoring in Physics and Mathematics or Electronic / Mechanical Engineering.
The NASSP Honours Scholarship Programme is open to students from anywhere in Africa, who is pursuing an honours degree through the National Astrophysics and Space Science Programme (NASSP), which is hosted by the University of Cape Town.
